Martin Kadels sits on the bed in shorts and shirt. His feet are naked and sole to sole as the camera moves down to show them. The toes start to flex as we linger to enjoy them. Martin then lifts the feet into the air, turning them to show the soles. The legs are crossed as well as the feet are shown. Then Martin lays down on his front letting his feet overhang the end of the bed. Then the toes press into the bed before the legs are crossed. Sitting up Martin places the left leg on the right. That shows the left sole and the top of the right foot. We linger on the left sole and watch as Martin takes hold of it. He rubs the foot too. Then as he lays on his front again the legs are bent to hold the feet in the air. An overhead view shows both soles, and then each in turn. Then as the video comes to an end Martin's face is shown up close with the feet flexing in the background.
